How long does it take to raise a new flag after Hurricane Katrina? The answer is obviously more than three months for at least one building as pictured above. Obviously some individuals are too busy to put up a new flag or just don’t have the resources to purchase and put up a new flag. Any guesses why this flag has not been replaced?
